Employees of the Ministry of State Security of the Donetsk People's Republic, in a joint operation with the special services of the LPR, have detained ten Ukrainian saboteurs.
"As a result of joint operations, more than ten people were detained who are suspected of cooperating with Ukrainian special services" it was stated.
According to the ministry, the members of the criminal group acted under the control of the command of 3 separate regiments of special purpose of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry.
The main task of the saboteurs was to prepare and conduct a number of sabotage and terrorist acts, to destabilize the political situation in the people's republics. With this purpose, the special services of Ukraine, from among the LPR officials, carried out purposeful work to discredit the activities of local law enforcement agencies.
On November 23, news appeared that the head of the LPR, Igor Plotnitsky, had left for Russia, and government buildings were surrounded by armed officers. In the Kremlin, the situation in Lugansk has not been commented yet .
